healthcare management and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He has served the ACHE
on a variety of committees and as ACHE Regent for New Mexico. Baltzer has contributed to the literature of the ACHE
through its publication, "Hospitals and Health Services Administration."
