Rehoboth McKinley Christian Healthcare Services (RMCHCS)
- Modern Healthcare “Top 100 Integrated Health Networks” 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2010 - Baltzer designed and implemented an organizational structure to earn this coveted national recognition, ranking as high as #58. The RMCHCS integrated system included patient care, an employed physician model, and a managed care organization (capitated HMO and five hospital PPO network to contract large self-insured employers in the region directly).
- H&HN “100 Most Wired Hospitals and Health Networks” 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2003 - RMCHCS received this recognition for innovative use of technology to communicate patient care and financial information between staff in nine RMCHCS locations and with external agencies/payors.
- American Hospital Association (AHA) Circle of Life Citation of Honor 2002 for providing hospice care in a community where many people have Native American spiritual beliefs.
- Trustee of the Year 2003 for Mrs. Arlene High, RMCHCS Board of Trustees Chair - This prestigious award is sponsored by Modern Healthcare Magazine and Witt Kieffer. Mrs. High earned the "Hospitals Up to 250 Beds” award for her work encouraging state-of-the-art governance at RMCHCS in New Mexico, regionally, and nationally in the United States.
- AHA Hospital Award for Volunteer Excellence (HAVE) 2005 in the “Fund Raising” Category - Charity Invitational (CI) is the RMCHCS’ annual fundraising event. CI has raised over $2.5 million in its 13-year history to become one of the region's most significant yearly fundraising events. In 2003, CI VIII brought in $500,002.

- 2018 Senior-Level Healthcare Executive Award - This award is given annually by the American College of Healthcare Executives Regent for Missouri to a senior-level executive chosen from criteria-based nominations to the Regent's Advisory Council. (See Gallery tab)
- 2015 American College of Healthcare Executives Regent's Choice Award - This award is for exemplary service to the Missouri Chapter of the ACHE.
- 2011 American College of Healthcare Executives Service Award - This award is given to ACHE affiliates for activities that contribute to professionalism in healthcare leadership.
- 2001 Frank Gabriel Award - Named for its founder, this is the New Mexico Hospital Association's highest award given to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding service to healthcare delivery in the State of New Mexico.
- 1999 Senior-Level Healthcare Executive Award - This award is given annually by the American College of Healthcare Executives Regent for New Mexico to a senior-level executive chosen from criteria-based nominations to the Regent's Advisory Council.
- 1983 Dona Ana County Human Services Coalition Award - This award was given for contribution to human services for leadership in healthcare.
- 1975 St. Louis Municipal School of Nursing Faculty Award - This special award was given for meritorious service to the district, Missouri, and the National Student Nurses Association.
